A Screenwriter and Producer of repute for past 35 years, Mr. A.K. Mishra, began his career as a Class one officer in government service. As a writer, he began his journey as a co- writer for big hits of 70's like Chhoti si Baat, Do Aur Do Paanch, Mr Natwarlal and MadhuMalti. A close associate of writer Sharad Joshi and Gyandev Agnihotri, he is known for his penchant for comedy films and also wrote screenplay for a Hollywood movie, directed by Jagmohan Mundhra. He also holds the distinction of being the first person to launch the poetry album of Former Prime Minister, late. Shri Atal Bihari Bajpayee named "Nayi Disha" by collaborating with artists like Alka Yagnik, Jagjit Singh and Shankar Mahadevan. As an author he has penned novels such as A Hole in my Soul in English whereas Peele Phool Kaner Ke, Alpana, Shaashwatee are some of his works in Hindi. He was one the first to usher in cable tv revolution by becoming the CEO of movie channel named ATN. Recently he was honoured with Rs.5/- stamps printed by Govt. of India.

Miss. Kaalindi Mishra

Chairperson

Following in the footsteps of her father, the late Shri Ashok Kumar Mishra, who founded 'Vision Corporation Limited,' Kaalindi Misra rose to become the company's Chairperson. Kaalindi Misra, a child artist who has won awards for mono-acting, served as executive director of VCL from 2012 to 2014. She recently received a doctorate in Molecular Medicine. She also holds a Masters degree in Biotechnology and Enterprise from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom. She has a talent for music and drama, which has aided VCL in carrying out its vision.

Mr. Ashutosh Mishra

Co-Founder

Mr. Ashutosh Mishra is an 8+ year marketing professional who specialises in digital marketing, content acquisition and trading, and has experience in fiction, non-fiction, and reality shows. He is in charge of leading and driving the overall strategy for VCL's digital channels, which includes programming, content, research, and analysis. He has been a vital part of VCL, holding an MBA in International Management from Middlesex University in the United Kingdom.

Director

A multifaceted personality having rich and diverse experience in film production, Mr. P. K. Gupta, is director of the company. He has been associated with Rajshri Movies for past 35 years, currently, at profile of General Manager. Under the Rajshree banner, he has been instrumental in turning many concepts into movies that turned out to be blockbuster hits. 

Mr. Ravikant Mishra

Mrs. Genevieve Gomes

Director

With over 15 years of experience in human resources, communications and operations, Genevieve oversees VCL’s content strategy and analysis including content selection and valuation along with producing and buying for company’s YouTube and Music channel. Under her wings the company has produced more than 400 albums including hits like Hasratein by Ghulam Ali and Kavita Krsihnamurthy, hits of Anup Jalota, Fairr in Love etc. 

Mr. Ravikant Mishra

Mr. Rajeev Pandya

Director

The renowned personality in Indian Film Industry, Mr. Rajeev Pandya, is known for his production legacy inherited from his father, Mr. Jayendra Pandya, producer of hits like Namak Haraam, Chhoti Si Baat and many more.  Rajeev Pandya, director in Vision Enterprises, began his career with Rang Birangi and went on to be associated with hit movies like - Kisi Se Na Kehna, and Rekha starrer Jhoothi in the initial years itself. Over the years, he has produced several hits that, if penned in black and white, would fill an entire page.

VCL was born a couple of years ago out of the growing need for meaningful and imaginative entertainment. Three successful entrepreneurs from various media envisioned Vision Corporation as a major tributary to the world of entertainment.
